Checkbox Compact

Optical type, position and quality inspection of small parts
  • Lens, camera, evaluation unit and control panel integrated in one housing
  • Integrated PLC functionality for controlling the entire feeding system
  • Operates without programming
  • Inspection rates of up to 100 parts/second

Variants:
  • Basic Classic unit: separate ejection of faulty and incorrectly oriented parts
  • PLC version: additional I/Os for communicating with a master PLC and optional encoder linking
  • Plus version: like the "PLC", but with a type memory for up to 16 inspection parts and additional functions for quality control
  • Flex variant: testing of flat parts using reflected-light or transmitted-light method
