Checkbox family

Optical type, position and quality inspection of small parts

  • Complete system consisting of a control unit with optical units and conveyor
  • Integrated PLC function for controlling the entire feeding system
  • Teach-in – without programming
  • Memory capacity: 48 inspection parts
  • Resolution: 2/100 or 1/10 mm


Control functions:
  • Identbox: separation of good, incorrectly oriented and defective parts
  • Countbox: like the Identbox with an added function for counting good parts with pre-selection of the desired quantity
  • Sortbox: like the Countbox with an added function for simultaneous conveying, sorting and compilation of different types of parts

  • Conveyor units with integrated camera, air ejection valves and illumination of parts with a diameter of 10, 30 or 80 mm
  • Tunnel version with integrated camera and illumination of parts with a diameter of 30 or 80 mm
