Individual valves

Universal valves Type CPE
Less is more: Compact Performance Valve CPE, space-saving, small and light enough to be installed extremely close to the drives or directly on these.
  • Widths 10 to 24 mm
  • Flow rate up to 3,000 l/min
  • Voltage 24 V DC, 110 V AC, 230 V AC

Standard valves ISO 5599/1, VDMA, NAMUR
Flexible, economical, innovative: more than just a standard. With standard interface, standard port pattern and standard expansion.

VDMA:
  • Flow rate 500 + 1,000 l/min
  • Centralized standard plug

ISO:
  • Flow rate 1,200, 2,300, 4,500, 6,000 l/min
  • Centralized standard plug M12

Mechanically/manually operated valves
Infrequently used drives – when reliability and measured quantities are essential. Wide range of actuation variants.
  • Front panel valves
  • Direct actuation
  • Plunger, roller, toggle-lever, push-button, finger lever, hand lever, foot or whisker actuated, detenting, pushing

Universal valves Tiger 2000 (PDF)
The all-rounder. Tried and tested the world over: comprehensive range with 5/2- and 5/3-way valves.
  • Flow rate up to 2,000 l/min
  • V-solenoid coil: low power consumption
  • F-solenoid coil: explosion protection, freely selectable voltage
  • Side or front mounting

Universal valves Tiger Classic (PDF)
A classic valve. Sturdy: poppet valve principle. Optimized: fast response time thanks to patented U-ring. Manifold assembly on PAL or PRS manifold.
  • Flow rate up to 7,500 l/min
  • 3/2- and 5/2-way valves
  • Voltage: 12 – 48 V DC, 24 ... 240 V AC
  • Explosion protection

Individual Valve Type Micro, Mini, Midi
Wherever there is need for sufficient flow despite narrow spaces. Surprisingly low power input.
  • Width 10, 15, 18 mm
  • Flow rate 80, 200, 500 l/min
  • Directly or indirectly activated
  • Preassembled socket
  • Available as valve terminal

Fast Switching Valves, Types MH2, MH3, and MH4 (PDF)
This family of 3/2 direct acting solenoid valves can achieve response times as short as 2 … 3.5 ms with an integrated electronic circuit (MS1), for increased productivity.
Extremely short switching times and high flow in a compact size:
MH2: 10 mm, flows up to 100 l/min and 2 ms response
MH3: 14 mm, flows up to 200 l/min and 3 ms response
MH4: 18 mm, flows up to 400 l/min and 3.5 ms response

Directly activated Solenoid Valves Type MH1... and MH...2
The Sprinter: high cycle times for two sizes, also in manifold assembly. Fast assembly thanks to integrated QS-plug connections. As fast switching valve or miniature valve.
  • Width 10 mm
  • Flow rate 10 – 100 l/min
  • Voltage 5/12/24 V DC
  • Cycle times of 6, 4 or 2 ms

Proportional valves Type MPPES or MPYE
Reliable pressure: proportional valves MP... Optimum when continual alteration of the setpoint value or if continuous adjustment of the actual value is required.
  • Pressure range from 0 – 10 bar
  • Electrically activated pressure regulating valve (cylinder force regulation)
  • Electrically activated flow-control valve (cylinder speed regulation)
  • Integration of micro-processors and regulator software

Shut-off, flow control, pressure control valves (PDF)
Connection guaranteed: with a wide range of connection variants, always matched to the drive’s functionality.
  • Flow rate 135 – 5,500 l/min
  • QS, G-thread, metric thread, etc.
  • Optional non-return function

Single Valve Activation Type ASI-EVA
Astongly simple and highly flexible valves, vacuum generators, switch-on valves, etc.. Decentralized control on AS-Interface.
  • Plug and work®
  • Two electric inputs on one M12 socket bush
  • Disconnectible supplementary
    supply 24 V DC
  • Flexible assembly, e.g. on hat rail/slot nut

Namur Valves, Type NVF3 (PDF)
A selection of reliable valves suitable for direct mounting to actuators with namur interface.
  • 3/2-way and 5/2-way valve functions
  • Solenoid coils, sockets/plugs and LED gasket accessories
  • Flow Rate: 0.14 to .90 Cv [140 to 900 l/min]
  • 1/4 BSP or NPT connections
