Positioning Drives

  • Optimized sizing & selection of Festo electromechanical products.

   

Festo Configuration Tool

  • Configuration of Festo electromechanical systems – actuators, drives, and motors.

  

CPX Based Motion Control Solutions
Using the Festo CPX control platform focused on the:

  • Gateway and Multi-Axis Module
  • Servopneumatic modules
  • Motion controller module

  

CoDeSys/SoftMotion Overview

  • IEC61131/CoDeSys – functionality, features & benefits
  • Introduction to SoftMotion

  

Integration into Rockwell Automation Platforms

  • Connectivity through DeviceNet
  • Gateway solutions for EtherNet IP

 

At all workshops the participants will have the opportunity to try several hands-on exercises to demonstrate the concepts learned.

  

The workshops are independent from each other allowing the participant to customize the topic offering according to their individual needs.

  

The workshops are limited to a maximum of 15 participants, so register early. All necessary hardware and software is provided by Festo so no need for laptops, etc.

  

Refreshments and lunch provided so stay for the day and take advantage of the opportunity to try out first hand some of the latest innovations in motion control.
