GEWE – Designing and enhancing efficient value creation systems
In this seminar, you will use the synchro business game to learn how to structure a value creation system, which tools you will need and how to use them in conjunction. In addition, you will gain first-hand knowledge of which steps are necessary to launch a production system and how you can involve employees and managers from other areas, in order to avoid or reduce resistance to and conflicts in the process of change.
