History of orders
- Delivery status
Under Status in the Overview section you can see whether the order has already been delivered in full.
Click on “Details” to view the delivery status for each product individually.
Any orders that were placed offline and not via the Online Shop are also shown.
If the freight forwarder offers online tracking, you can click on a shipping number to go to the forwarder's website and track your order in detail.
To repeat an order, first select the order you wish to fully or partially reorder from the Order Tracking screen.
Click the icon .
The products are placed in the shopping basket, and the prices and delivery times are updated. You can then submit the order by clicking on “Continue” from the basket screen.
