Reliable pressurising and exhausting with MS6-SV
The soft-start/quick exhaust valve MS6-SV, approved by the German institute for health and safety, functions as a (de)centralised unit for supplying machines and systems with compressed air. It is a self-testing, redundant mechatronic system to ISO 13849-1. This means that the safety-oriented pneumatic protective measure ("safe venting") is guaranteed even if any potential errors occur within the valve. The safety check of the piston rod position is performed directly by the valve during the self-test. This means that the wiring is less complex, which also simplifies installation.
