Quality management - active for satisfied customers

Festo wants to provide its customers with the best possible support for their quality goals in a competitive market. To achieve this, the quality of the processes and the products as well as the qualification of the employees must interact optimally.

Festo pursues this overarching understanding of quality under the term quality management. Fault-free products are only the basis for this. That is why Festo strives for a zero-defect target in all dimensions.

We are the market leader in automation with pneumatics and electrics as well as technical training and further education. The company is responsible for sales in Austria, as well as for product and system development of selected solutions. Festo Austria has 130 employees - Festo employs a total of around 20,600 people at 250 locations worldwide.


Automation


With around 33,000 catalog products in several hundred thousand variants, Festo plays a leading role in industrial and process automation worldwide. Every year, the Group invests over 7% of its turnover (around 3.65 billion euros in 2023) in development and research. In Austria, Festo operates its own research unit for industrial control technology and a Technic and Application Center, which provides customers with innovative support in their development activities.


Corporate Educational Responsibility


The family-owned company is very committed to its social responsibility, particularly in the field of education - for example through its own education fund. Festo is also a learning system partner for companies and private and public educational institutions.

Corporate Sustainability


Sustainability is firmly anchored in Festo's corporate strategy. The long-term family business assumes responsibility in the areas of environmental, social and governance (ESG) towards current and future generations. Joining the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in 2024 is an important step for Festo on the way to carbon neutrality and sustainable production.
