Like its big brother the CMMT-AS, the extra-low voltage closed-loop servo drive CMMT-ST is an integral part of the Festo Automation Platform. It offers extremely economical positioning tasks and motion solutions with low power requirements up to 300 W.Though more compact and much cheaper than its big brother the CMMT-AS, the connection and communication concept, functional modules and standard safety features remain unchanged.

The 2-phase hybrid technology offers three flange sizes with a torque range of 0.25 to 9.4 Nm and protection class IP40 for the motor shaft and IP65 for the motor housing and connection technology. The OCP connection technology combines motor and connection cable for supply and encoder in a hybrid cable, whereby the connector can be rotated through 310°.
