ELGD-BS – the new generation of electric spindle axes

Highly precise, high feed forces, high stability and flexibly combinable


The ELGD-BS spindle axis has an internal, double-sided recirculating ball bearing guide as well as a drive with ball screw, protected by a permanently magnetic stainless steel cover tape. Our portfolio includes 6 standard versions with widths ranging from 30 to 160 mm, starting with the main sizes 60/80. Further sizes will be introduced in 2024. A maximum stroke of 2.5 m and two carriage lengths are already available.

ELGD-TB – the new generation of electric timing belt axes

Highly dynamic, high-precision and heavy-duty

The ELGD-TB timing belt axis offers an internal, double-sided recirculating ball bearing guide and timing belt drive, protected by a permanently magnetic stainless steel masking tape. With 6 standard versions from 30 to 160 mm wide, starting with the main sizes 60/80. Further sizes will follow in 2024.A maximum stroke of 8.5 m and different carriage options are already available.

ELGT spindle axis for boom systems

Compact, inexpensive, powerful and flexibly combinable


The new spindle axis with integrated double guide can be flexibly combined to form 2D and 3D cantilever systems. The double-guide design and the extremely stable connecting elements distinguish the ELGT, make it stable in the system and allow high payloads with long strokes at the same time.

  • Developed for many applications, e.g. in the electronics industry, for desktop applications, in test and inspection systems, for small parts handling, in assembly systems, and many more.
  • Use in battery production due to suitable materials with less than 1 % copper and zinc content

Toothed belt and spindle axis EGC and EGC-HD

High load capacity with maximum rigidity


Extensive series with numerous variants, e.g. for high dynamics and speed, high loads and torques. All in all, it is the heavy-duty axle range in the mechatronic multi-axis modular system - and just as suitable for individual solutions as for complete solutions in the system. The large-dimensioned profiles of the EGC with their optimised cross-section enable maximum rigidity and load capacity of the drives. Speed, acceleration and torque absorption set a new standard - also with the new EGC-HD with heavy-duty guide for extremely high load and torque absorption with simultaneous high speed and acceleration. Another plus: Due to the high performance of the axes, it is often possible to dimension one size smaller - especially with spindle axes!
