Test free of chargeThe learning content includes the practical production of components for the "stacking magazine" assembly using various machines, tools and manufacturing processes.
The initial focus is on drilling and forming, using semi-finished products from the learning kit. In addition, the basics of milling and turning are taught, with additional practice parts being manufactured during turning.
Another focus is on additive manufacturing, in which components are first designed in a CAD program and then manufactured using additive processes.
These components are then assembled with other components to form a functioning assembly. Finally, the course leads through the mechanical and electrical assembly of all manufactured parts and standard parts to the complete commissioning of the stacking magazine. In this way, the apprentices receive comprehensive training in various manufacturing processes as well as the assembly and commissioning of mechatronic systems.
