- Create a new request: send a product repair request or a product warranty claim
- View all requests: view the status of all your submitted requests
Create a new request
- Select the product for which you want to request a repair service or submit a warranty claim.
- The products are based on the purchase history of your account.
- You can find all the products you have ordered, regardless of whether they were ordered via our website, ERP, telephone or email.
- To filter for products, you must fill in one of the following three pieces of information:
- Part number/order number
- Product Key
- Order number/customer order number
Start warranty claim
- Complete steps 1–5 and send your request.
- Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- If your request concerns a damaged product, please upload one or more photos of the damage as a first step to speed up the processing of the request.
- Your warranty claim will be created immediately and automatically forwarded to the relevant department.
Start repair service (for selected products)
- Complete steps 1–5 and send your request.
- Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- If your request concerns a damaged product, please upload one or more photos of the damage as a first step to speed up the processing of the request.
- Your repair job will be created immediately and automatically forwarded to the relevant department.
Show all requests
- Get an overview of all requests that have been submitted for your account.
- Check the current status of all your requests at any time.
- You can see all requests, regardless of whether they were submitted via our website, telephone or email.
