As a Marketing Automation & Lead Management Specialist for North America, I support the continuous improvement of our closed-loop lead management system while driving enhanced customer experiences. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the opportunity to collaborate with international colleagues, exchanging insights and best practices that strengthen our global teamwork. Together, we work to create seamless and personalized customer journeys that reflect Festo’s commitment to innovation and growth. Being part of this collaborative environment has allowed me to further develop my expertise while contributing to a shared vision of delivering value to our customers across regions.

I’ve been at Festo for the past 12 years and all within the Customer Solutions group. The dynamic nature of the job continues to provide me a variety of experiences throughout the years. Working with a close-knit and collaborative group is a great benefit as well. Working within the CS group has allowed me to also interact directly with customers during all aspects of their projects. Working with Festo has given me the opportunity to stay up-to-date with present and future automation technology trends.

I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Mechanical Engineering degree and am a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Something I value about working at Festo is the variety of work; from small pneumatic valves to room sized multi axis gantries, it’s never a dull day. In my role as a Customer Solutions Mechanical Systems Technician I've been able to learn so much and Festo has been supportive every step of the way. Festo Didactic set the groundwork for my technical education while in college and while working at Festo our company culture is one of improvement and learning.

I joined the Festo community following my college technique in electrical engineering in 2009. After years of contributing to the development of innovative teaching solutions within the engineering team, I have transitioned into the role of Product Manager. In this position, I leverage my technical expertise in electrical engineering, which includes renewable energies, motor control, automation, and process control, to guide product strategy and deliver solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

Festo’s corporate culture continues to inspire me with its strong emphasis on innovation and the trust it places in its employees. This environment has enabled me to grow not only technically but also in areas such as teaching pedagogy, environmental management, and process optimization.

What I appreciate most about Festo is the exceptional team spirit. The challenges we face are diverse and demanding, yet we always approach them collaboratively and with enthusiasm.
