Our employees say it best.

Alice Robitaille

PCB Assembly, Festo Didactic Ltée

I joined Festo on the recommendation of a friend. He only had good words for the company and he was absolutely right!

Specializing in microsoldering, I joined a great team as an electronics assembler. I assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards. I love this job. We have a strong feeling that colleagues are listening to each other and we can suggest improvements and thus improve the way things are done in the company. Employees are valued by the trust the company places in them.

I particularly like the flexible schedules: employees are responsible for working their hours and free to compose their schedules according to their personal needs. Added to this is a catered cafeteria service as well as many other great perks. I have found my place at Festo and I intend to stay there until I retire. A good portion of the employees here have 10, 20, 30 years of seniority or more, that says a lot about the quality of the employer!

Jean-François Michaud

Mechatronic Engineering, Festo Didactic Ltée

I joined the Festo community following my college technique in electrical engineering in 2009. I am working on the development of new teaching solutions within the engineering team of Festo Didactic. My job allows me to put into practice my technical skills in electrical engineering in several fields such as renewable energies, motor control, automation and process control.

Festo corporate culture encourages innovation and places great trust in its employees. Over the past few years, I have been able to flourish and learn by exploring other fields of business activity such as teaching pedagogy, environmental management and process optimization.

What I like most about Festo is without a doubt the team spirit. The challenges are not lacking and we are always ready to meet them together with pleasure.

John Paul Doris

CS Mechanical Systems Technician, Festo Automation

My role as a Customer Solutions Mechanical Systems Technician consists of integration of both Festo and third party products to create solutions that our customers need. Since starting in May of 2019 I have been able to develop my skills for both professional and personal life. Which is due to Festo’s emphasis on learning and understanding the technology around us. With a great team environment, working directly with engineers to help meet the needs of the project there is always something interesting happening. From competing in the Ontario Skills Competition in the division of mechatronics to Co-Op to now working full time, Festo has always provided great documentation and resources to help the further development of skills.

Rachel Fox

Marketing Lead Management Specialist, Festo Automation

As a Lead Management Specialist, my role is to help support the Marketing Concepts Manager within North America in overall administration of a closed-loop lead management system. My journey with Festo started in 2019 as a marketing communications intern helping Festo’s campaigns and social media team. I love being a part of a company that not only produces innovative products and solutions but contains a team that provided an environment that helped flourish my leadership, communication and technical skills. These skills supported the completion of my Digital Media Marketing postgraduate program. I couldn’t have asked for a better educational experience and team to become a part of that inspires continuous growth.
