THT Method for Printed Circuit Boards

Whether assembling special components, selective soldering, depaneling, or packaging PCBs – we have the right products for these process steps in the assembly of printed circuit boards. We think you’ll be impressed and inspired by our solutions.

Placing Special Components

Larger special components are placed on the circuit board using our pick & place solutions. You can configure the installed standard industrial robots quickly and easily with our Handling Guide Online. The component is gripped either with a mechanical gripper or with a vacuum suction gripper – the vacuum is best controlled with our standard solenoid valve VUVG from the core program.

Selective Soldering

Selective soldering usually involves moving the soldering tip under the PCB toward the solder points. The electric linear actuator ELGA is perfect for this movement – its cover strip protects the guide and toothed belt from dripping solder. We offer numerous small drive and valve solutions to secure the printed circuit board on the belt during the selective soldering process.
