CP Lab is our professional and compact Industry 4.0 learning system which includes all the technologies and components needed for communicating an in-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 or the Industrial Internet of Things.
CP Lab covers complex, software-related Industry 4.0 topics in the field of mechatronics and automation technology and therefore serves as the optimal basis for a profound education in mechatronics, practical training for technicians as well as for the Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics study program.
The CP Lab integrated learning system is based on one or more I4.0/IIoT project workstations and allows for modular expansion. It can be used as a stand-alone workstation or set up in various layouts via the pallet recirculating system. Additionally, it can be combined with other training systems, for example, the CP Factory.
The actual training content, such as systems networking, material and information flow in complex systems, and process planning, is taught using our wide range of CP application modules.
Compact
Our compact Industry 4.0/Industrial Internet of Things learning system is ideal for teaching, for example, the fundamentals of control technology.
Expandable
Learning on pallet recirculating systems focuses other content, such as physical layout, process design, process optimization, distributed control technology, communication technology, and system simulation.
Flexible
Various pallet recirculating systems can be created by flexibly lining up individual CP Lab workstations. This perfectly adapts the learning system to your actual requirements.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to integrate Industry 4.0 into your education endeavors. Therefore, based on their long-standing experiences in Industry 4.0 education and training, our experts have diligently compiled four different pre-customized CP Lab configurations called the CP Lab 400 complete systems. These configurations of typical and logical CP Lab pallet transfer system combinations with application modules and software components represent meaningful processes even from even the smallest system.
