Festo has lived by the principle of customer proximity since its foundation. The move to innovative Switzerland was a decisive step towards a global presence. Festo AG Switzerland was founded in 1956. In 2015, a further milestone for further growth was set with the new building in Lupfig (AG). Optimum language support for customers is also guaranteed in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, and Festo offers the entire service package throughout Switzerland. The high quality of Festo's services is the result of customer-oriented thinking and action.

We are the market leader in automation with pneumatics and electrics as well as technical training and further education. The company is responsible for sales in Switzerland. In addition to a sales office, Festo AG in Switzerland comprises two production plants with a total of around 450 employees - Festo employs a total of around 20,800 people in 60 countries.

Automation

With around 33,000 catalog products in several hundred thousand variants, Festo plays a leading role in industrial and process automation worldwide. Every year, the Group invests around 7% of its turnover (around 3.81 billion euros in 2022) in development and research.

Didactic

Whether technical education and training, social skills or company-specific training, the company has been known for decades for its extensive, well-founded range of training courses. Practical orientation is always a top priority, as it is the practical implementation that turns theoretical knowledge into practical skills.

From July 2015, the headquarters of Festo AG Switzerland will move to its new location in Lupfig (AG). The modern building was designed to make internal processes more efficient. In addition, there are large rooms for professional and further customer training provided by the Festo Didactic division.
