System components at a glance

The complete solution consists of a pneumatic ISO cylinder, a displacement encoder, a balancer controller with preinstalled web visualisation, a balancer valve unit and a pneumatically operated handle. The safety version additionally features a sensor interface and safety relay unit as a speed monitor.

Extremely fast, automatic weight detection

Operation is child's play thanks to intuitive control using a pneumatically activated, ergonomic handle. The system automatically detects the weight of the load and adjusts the balancing force itself. It also takes into account weight changes in the suspended state. This is helpful when production processes with large numbers of variants need to be really flexible. Suitable for loads of 70 – 999 kg.
