Festo Senior Consultant, Neil Lewin will present findings from the latest Festo White Paper, 'Manage to Engage' at the World of Learning Conference and Exhibition that runs from 30th September to the 1st October at the NEC.
Neil will use the opportunity to raise awarness of the topic and impact of Employee Engagement and the role Managers can play in improving employee engagement levels.
The session will give practical guidance on the three dimensions that dictate engagement:
• Personal satisfaction of employees within their role.
• Needs alignment between the employee and the organisation.
• Proactivity and drive of employees.
With this 3-D Employee Engagement model managers can identify and group employees into 8 specific character ‘types’, so different management; engagement and communication strategies can be implemented. It assists managers to effectively communicate the vision, what they expect from employees and give clear guidance on how to translate the objectives into action – for themselves and for each individual.
