To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in working in a field based or internal sales environment
- Able to demonstrate experience or aptitude in understanding customer needs and providing relevant solutions
- Ideally degree qualified
- Strong relationship building
- Self driven, self-motivated and strong desire to self develop
- Able to work under pressure
You will be working within operating guidelines to achieve all agreed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets and objectives according to the approved business plan, personal and team balanced score cards.
