We currently have a very exciting opportunity to join our Customer Interact Centre Team, based at our Northampton Office.

To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience and proven success in an inbound/outbound customer service and sales telephone environment.
  • Have an excellent commercial acumen and business awareness.
  • Experience at working in a target driven environment.
  • Ability to initiate going the extra mile to exceed company expectations.

 

You will have strong motivational interpersonal skills (written, verbal and listening) with the ability to communicate to all levels within the business.
