Is Festo’s supply chain affected by COVID-19?
The strength of our global network of production sites means we did not suffer supply chain disruption because of the virus in China.  We continue to have access to substantial stocks in Europe and are very actively seeking to minimise any future impact with a co-ordinated international approach supported by local actions.

Will I still be able to order products from Festo?
We have taken measures to ensure that our customer service teams are still able to support customers even if circumstances dictate that they need to self-isolate or work from home. In addition, the Festo Online Shop has led the way in online purchasing solutions. If you have an account with Festo you can see pricing details, generate quotations and place orders. Despatch dates are shown, and deliveries can be tracked.

Will I still be able to get support from Festo sales and technical people?
Many customers have understandably restricted the number of visitors to their sites in order to minimise the chance that employees contract COVID-19. Festo is also concerned about the risks to our employees. To enable customers to get the support they need, Festo have equipped its engineers with the “Digital Sales Engineer” consulting tool.  This online meeting tool is a practical alternative to face-to-face meetings. It allows our engineers to conduct voice and video calls to support customers whilst making use of the wide range of online software support tools.
