Pardavimo paslaugų skyriuje (SSC Sales) atliekamos užduotys susijusios su pardavimo proceso operacijomis. Dokumentų apdorojimo centre (DPC) centralizuotai suvedami Festo klientų užsakymų duomenys į SAP sistemą iš 25 Europos šalių. Atitinkamai pagal reikalingas užsienio kalbų žinias, centrą sudaro 4 komandos: Centrinė Germanų, Šiaurės Germanų, Rytų ir Romanų komandos. Kita skyriaus dalis apima pirkimų iš kitų tiekėjų, marketingo, užsakymų valdymo ir kitų pardavimų operacijų paslaugas.

IT Services yra dalis Festo Global IT centro. Skyriuje programuojama .NET bei Java technologijomis, administruojamos sistemos, konfiguruojami skirtingi SAP moduliai ir programuojamos bei palaikomos bendrosios aplikacijos, apdorojami statistiniai duomenys.

Engineering Services skyriuje teikiamos plataus spektro inžinerinės paslaugos: atsarginių detalių katalogo brėžinių, 2D ir 3D modelių rengimas, prekių asortimento valdymas platintojams, vertimų koordinavimas, verslo analitika, konsultavimas techniniais klausimais.

SSC Finance and Accounting - apdorojami pirminiai apskaitos dokumentai iš 16 Europos Festo šalių. Taip pat, skyriuje rengiamos ataskaitos, vykdoma kaštų kontrolė bei pildomos mokesčių formos.

HR & Business Assistance Services skyriuje yra teikiamos žmogiškųjų išteklių paslaugos Festo Vokietijai. Kita skyriaus dalis apima projektų bei verslo asistavimą aukšto lygio vadovams iš įvairių Europos Festo šalių.

Intern in IT License Management (German required)

 

As an Intern in IT License Management team you will be responsible for the administration of IT licenses, process and management of IT license purchase orders. Other responsibilities will include monitoring IT license expiry dates and communication with users. You’ll have opportunity to use your German and English language skills daily.

We offer paid internship for 3 months with possibillity to prolong it.

 

You’ll learn how to:

  • Process purchase order requisitions

QA Engineer

 

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating existing manual test cases, as well as creating new ones and executing them. You will be working closely with developers to continually improve, ensure and develop our web application quality.

 

Your daily work day will look like:

  • Executing manual test cases, verifying, analyzing and reporting results
  • Create, update and execute E2E tests
  • Define test cases for new features and improvements
  • Identifying and reporting defects in products
  • Verifying defects fixes, improvements, and change requests
  • Preparing all needed materials for testing (check lists, test data, etc.) and writing documentations
  • Organize, specify and carry out testing throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with the development team
  • Defect tracking and management, working with development and support teams to identify root cause and resolve issues

 

Your qualification

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance: Functional testing, Usability testing, Regression testing
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes; basic knowledge of API testing
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process

Technical Support Specialist (German and English required)

 

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for answering technical questions concerning Festo products to our customers in German and English language: both on industrial automation products and new Festo didactic software solutions. You will also be responsible for distributing these enquiries to pre-defined destinations and maintaining the knowledge database.

 

Your daily work day will look like:

  • Analyze Festo products (hardware and software)
  • Help Festo customers get the best technical solutions
  • Answer technical requests in German and English (via email and phone)
  • Distribute technical requests when necessary
  • Update database of documentation and systematically collect standard information
  • Focus on customer needs in an international environment

CAD Support Specialist (German required)

 

As CAD Support Specialist you will be remodelling 2D production documents to new 3D objects. Additionally, you will prepare of workshop/training material for Creo Parametric as well as manage the database of standard parts, symbol libraries, templates within PDM system. In further phases, you will provide live support for internal product design and development software users by solving incoming requests in verbal and written forms. You will join an international environment of software experts and contribute to Festo global CAD know-how network.

 

Your daily work day will look like:

  • Remodelling production documents to 3D objects and 2D drawings in 3D CAD system
  • Modification and changes of existing 2D/3D projects
  • Management of standard parts, symbol libraries, templates within Windchill (PDM system)
  • Preparation of workshop/training material
  • Live support for internal software users in verbal and written forms
  • Problem solving in the administrative CAD/PDM context
  • International support in the development process of pneumatic and electrical product design

 

Your qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related area

Back-End Developer (e-Commerce)

 

As a Back-End Developer, you will develop Java based solutions for the new Website and e-Commerce platform of Festo. Based on agile principles the development is done in cycles always including code optimisation, bug fixing and basic operations

As a team member, you will be encouraged to seek for knowledge, support your teammates and collaborate with further development teams.

 

Your daily work day will look like:

  • Enhancing a state-of-the-art e-Business platform through analysis, conception and implementation of technical solutions with a focus on Java for e-Commerce
  • Responsibility for the continuous development, approval and deployment processes of web applications in an agile, international environment
  • Collaboration with internal and external development partners
  • Interfacing between design, wireframing and implementation in code and templates

 

Your qualification:

  • Good knowledge of Java Spring MVC Web Applications
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment using Ant, Maven, Git, JUnit, IntelliJ, Jenkins, SonarQube, Upsource
  • Familiar with using Git
