Dokumentų apdorojimo centre (DPC) centralizuotai suvedami Festo klientų užsakymų duomenys į SAP sistemą iš 25 Europos šalių. Atitinkamai pagal reikalingas užsienio kalbų žinias, centrą sudaro 4 komandos: Centrinė Germanų, Šiaurės Germanų, Rytų ir Romanų komandos. Kita skyriaus dalis apima pirkimų iš kitų tiekėjų, marketingo, užsakymų valdymo ir kitų pardavimų operacijų paslaugas.

IT Services yra dalis Festo Global IT centro. Skyriuje programuojama .NET bei Java technologijomis, administruojamos sistemos, konfiguruojami skirtingi SAP moduliai ir programuojamos bei palaikomos bendrosios aplikacijos, apdorojami statistiniai duomenys.

Engineering Services skyriuje teikiamos plataus spektro inžinerinės paslaugos: atsarginių detalių katalogo brėžinių, 2D ir 3D modelių rengimas, prekių asortimento valdymas platintojams, vertimų koordinavimas, verslo analitika, konsultavimas techniniais klausimais.

SSC Finance and Accounting - apdorojami pirminiai apskaitos dokumentai iš 16 Europos Festo šalių. Taip pat, skyriuje rengiamos ataskaitos, vykdoma kaštų kontrolė bei pildomos mokesčių formos.

As an accounting specialist, you will be a part of SSC Account Receivable group. You‘ll be mainly dealing with processing bank transactions, clarifying discrepancies and issuing intercompany invoices.

 

Your daily work day will look like:

QA and Support Specialist

 

If you have passion in topics like software development quality and you feel that you are customer- oriented, this job is exactly for you. In this position you would work in two areas: Quality Assurance & Support.

In first area you would be expected to ensure high quality of developed user stories, find bugs, independently troubleshoot technical issues (mostly tracked via tickets), and support colleagues as 2nd level support for Festo mobile and web-based software applications.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Ensure quality for web and mobile (Xamarin) based applications
  • Assist users who are using mentioned applications, independent trouble shooting on technical issues (ticket solving)

IT Application Specialist

 

As IT Application Specialist will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level service requests and monitoring of the system. As a part of an Agile Team, you will attend scrum meetings and sprint/planning reviews. Along with product managers as well as the team you will be analyzing and debugging issues, verifying and proposing possible solutions to resolve them.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Participate in the project implementations working closely with product managers and the team
  • System monitoring and ensuring data quality between the systems
  • Handling of 1st and 2nd level service requests
  • Pickup and processing of service request according to defined service level agreements
  • Communication with requester to completely capture the issue
  • Analyse and debug issues, verify and propose possible solutions to resolve the problem
  • Communicate with developer and product manager for deeper analysis, debugging bug fixes
  • Testing of bug fixes and communication of solutions to end users

As an IT License Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of IT licenses, creation and management of IT license purchase orders. In addition to this you will communicate with Festo Headquarters and assist them with questions related to IT licensing. Other responsibilities will include internal auditing of licenses and monitoring IT license expiry dates.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Enter and administrate licenses and agreements in database

Deployment Engineer

 

You will work within a virtual based environment to automate management of applications by creating software packages. Other duties will include following customer specific processes and standards and service delivery according to the agreed quality and within the allowed timeframes. You will work in the software lifecycle and software deployment team in order to manage customer software pilots and rollouts. We are looking for someone with strong motivation to learn on the job and become an expert in due time.

  • Creation, maintenance and update of the software packages within the Festo internal software distribution environment (SCCM)
  • Development of customized application packages
  • Compatibility testing of applications and packages
  • Repackaging and converting of legacy setups into the msi Format

QA Engineer

 

The team in which you will be working is responsible for the SAP Release and Test Management and IT Change Management in general. Together we ensure the successful implementation of changes in our IT systems and their stable operation. In all these areas, there is regular contact to Festo colleagues around the globe, on IT and business side. You, as a QA Engineer, contribute to the quality and success of Festo’s regular SAP ERP releases. In your daily duties for test automation, you will use SAP Solution Manager. We are looking for someone with either experience or strong motivation to learn on the job.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Close collaboration with SAP Release and Test Management team
  • Take over existing manual testing procedures in SAP ERP releases and find potential ways to automate it
  • Implementation of CBTA test scripts (Component based test automation, automated testing), based on documented business processes, test cases and test data
  • Support of regular SAP ERP releases and tests
