Dokumentų apdorojimo centre (DPC) centralizuotai suvedami Festo klientų užsakymų duomenys į SAP sistemą iš 25 Europos šalių. Atitinkamai pagal reikalingas užsienio kalbų žinias, centrą sudaro 4 komandos: Centrinė Germanų, Šiaurės Germanų, Rytų ir Romanų komandos. Kita skyriaus dalis apima pirkimų iš kitų tiekėjų, marketingo, užsakymų valdymo ir kitų pardavimų operacijų paslaugas.

IT Services yra dalis Festo Global IT centro. Skyriuje programuojama .NET bei Java technologijomis, administruojamos sistemos, konfiguruojami skirtingi SAP moduliai ir programuojamos bei palaikomos bendrosios aplikacijos, apdorojami statistiniai duomenys.

Engineering Services skyriuje teikiamos plataus spektro inžinerinės paslaugos: atsarginių detalių katalogo brėžinių, 2D ir 3D modelių rengimas, prekių asortimento valdymas platintojams, vertimų koordinavimas, verslo analitika, konsultavimas techniniais klausimais.

SSC Finance and Accounting - apdorojami pirminiai apskaitos dokumentai iš 16 Europos Festo šalių. Taip pat, skyriuje rengiamos ataskaitos, vykdoma kaštų kontrolė bei pildomos mokesčių formos.

HR & Business Assistance Services skyriuje yra teikiamos žmogiškųjų išteklių paslaugos Festo Vokietijai. Kita skyriaus dalis apima projektų bei verslo asistavimą aukšto lygio vadovams iš įvairių Europos Festo šalių.

Your role will be to support our colleagues in Human Resource department in Germany, working from our office in Kaunas. You will be performing various administrative tasks locally and collaboratively such as mailbox administration, sending letters and answering applicant phone calls in German.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Manage DE applicant hotline
  • Maintain the official FESTO HR mailbox

Test Automation Specialist

 

The Test Automation Specialist ensures the quality and success of Festo’s regular SAP ERP releases. This includes integration and regression tests with several hundred testers on business side, as well as smaller project related tests. To reduce the efforts in the Festo business and functional units, we want to focus on the automation of critical tests, so that they can be executed as often as needed, without manual work of the testers.
The team in which you will be working is responsible for the SAP Release and Test Management and IT Change Management in general. Together we ensure the successful implementation of changes in our IT systems and their stable operation. In all these areas, there is regular contact to Festo colleagues around the globe, on IT and business side.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Main contact for SAP Test Automation
  • Implementation of CBTA test scripts (Component based test automation, automated testing), based on documented business processes, test cases and test data
  • Regional contact for SAP Release and Test Management topics
  • Consulting and coaching of Festo colleagues regarding SAP CBTA and test automation
  • CBTA and test automation trainings for other Festo colleagues
  • Support of regular SAP ERP releases and tests
  • Active member of SAP Release and Test Mgmt. Community

Cyber Security Analyst

 

Cyber Security Analysts help to protect Festo by employing a range of technologies and processes to prevent, detect and manage cyber threats. This can include protection of computers, data, networks and programmes.

The team in which you will be working is responsible for security analyses and operation of the new Security Operation Center (SOC). This includes the establishment and improvement of new processes, the cooperation in an interdisciplinary team of experienced security analysts, as well as the readiness to further expand IT security within the framework of the SOC.

 

Your daily work day will look like

  • Work towards to the implementation of enterprise-wide establishment of a Security Operation Center (SOC) including procedural and technological processes
  • Development of Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) Use Cases
  • Identify and evaluate security incidents and coordinate the resolution of these security incidents.
  • As a security ambassador, you will develop security workshops and training for other security-related employees.
  • Consulting of system and application managers for the implementation of IT security measures
  • Definition and tracking of KPIs in the area of IT security

By processing electronic catalogues from suppliers your responsibility will be to support catalogue management team within Global Purchasing and create required files for new or updated catalogues.
SAP customizing must be set up for external parts. Already existing information in SAP needs to be monitored according to received instructions.

As SEO Analyst you will be responsible for updating insights and dashboards for onsite search and actively reporting back to the business partners successes and/or failures.
