SAP Basis Administrator

 

As SAP Basis Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of the globally used SAP platform at Festo. This includes the main ERP platform and other SAP applications but also different SAP databases.
As SAP Basis Administrator, you need a good understanding in the operation of the SAP platform. Furthermore, solid IT and Linux administration skills are necessary. You must have good English language and communication skills. An understanding of other cultures like Asian or Americas to work together in a large team and to support world-wide projects is required.

In this role, the SAP Developer will develop, enhance and support functions in own developed SAP Project Management Platform and Master Data Management Platform, using SAP ABAP and ABAP object-oriented programming.

 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing object oriented solutions in SAP Project Management Platform and Master Data Management Platform according to specifications
  • Migrate new functionality and fixes from test to production environments using releases
