Dokumentų apdorojimo centre (DPC) centralizuotai suvedami Festo klientų užsakymų duomenys į SAP sistemą iš 25 Europos šalių. Atitinkamai pagal reikalingas užsienio kalbų žinias, centrą sudaro 4 komandos: Centrinė Germanų, Šiaurės Germanų, Rytų ir Romanų komandos. Kita skyriaus dalis apima pirkimų iš kitų tiekėjų, marketingo, užsakymų valdymo ir kitų pardavimų operacijų paslaugas.

IT Services yra dalis Festo Global IT centro. Skyriuje programuojama .NET bei Java technologijomis, administruojamos sistemos, konfiguruojami skirtingi SAP moduliai ir programuojamos bei palaikomos bendrosios aplikacijos, apdorojami statistiniai duomenys.

Engineering Services skyriuje teikiamos plataus spektro inžinerinės paslaugos: atsarginių detalių katalogo brėžinių, 2D ir 3D modelių rengimas, prekių asortimento valdymas platintojams, vertimų koordinavimas, verslo analitika, konsultavimas techniniais klausimais.

SSC Finance and Accounting - apdorojami pirminiai apskaitos dokumentai iš 16 Europos Festo šalių. Taip pat, skyriuje rengiamos ataskaitos, vykdoma kaštų kontrolė bei pildomos mokesčių formos.

IT Application Support Specialist

 

As an IT Application Support Specialist you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level service requests for SAP CRM and Contact Centre environment including monitoring of the system. You will work closely with product managers and the team participating in the projects, developers and end users in analysing and debugging issues, verifying and proposing possible solutions to resolve problems. We are offering a 1 year definite contract with a possibility to make it indefinite.

 

Your daily work day will look like:

  • System monitoring and ensuring data quality between the systems
  • Support and maintenance of Festo Contact Centre environment
  • Handling of 1st and 2nd Level Service Requests for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution according to defined service level agreements
  • Communication with a requestor to completely capture the issue
  • Analyse and debug issues, verify and propose possible solutions to resolve the problem
  • Communicate with developer and product manager for deeper analysis, debugging and bugfixes

As a Travel Expense Administration Specialist you will be administrating Webexpenses program, consulting Festo Great Britain employees concerning submission of their expense claims, checking and analyzing mistakes. In addition, you will be preparing monthly expense reports. You might also need to support colleagues with the arrangement of their business trips.

  • Independent trouble shooting on technical issues (ticket solving as 2nd lvl.)
  • Communicating issues with developers, reporting of bugs
  • Rise business critical incidents inside and outside company
