Erlernen Sie die Grundlagen der Elektropneumatik in unserem interaktiven und modular aufgebauten eLearning Kurs.

Dieser Kurs baut inhaltlich auf dem eLearning Kurs „Pneumatik“ auf und erweitert die Kenntnisse um elektropneumatische Steuerungen.

Die Lernenden bekommen einen Einblick in die Grundlagen der Pneumatik sowie der Elektrotechnik und lernen, wie diese in praktischen Applikationen miteinander kombiniert werden.

Die theoretischen Grundlagen werden anhand von praktischen Beispielen erläutert und über verschiedene Reflexionsfragen überprüft.

Der eLearning Kurs gliedert sich in drei Module:

• Modul 1: Elektropneumatische Grundprinzipien
• Modul 2: Elektropneumatische Komponenten
• Modul 3: Einfache elektropneumatische Schaltkreise

• Steuer- und Leistungsteil einer elektropneumatischen Steuerung
• Auswahlkriterien: Pneumatik vs. Elektropneumatik
• Geschlossener Stromkreis und Stromquelle
• Ohm’sches Gesetz: Spannung, Strom und Widerstand
• Pneumatische Antriebe und elektrisch betätigte Ventile
• Elektrische Kontakte, ihre Ansteuerung und Kontaktgruppen
• Relais (industrielle Anwendungen) und zeitverzögerte Relais
• Grenztaster, Näherungsschalter und Drucksensoren
• Grundlegende Struktur einer elektropneumatischen Steuerung
• Grundlegende Logikfunktionen
• Standardisierte Schaltpläne mit Verknüpfungslogik
• Genormte Schaltpläne mit Ablauflogik (sequenzielle Logik)
• Kennzeichnung von Komponenten nach EN 81346-2
• Zusätzliche Eigenschaften einer Schaltung: Drehzahl-, Zeit- und Drucksteuerung

LOGO! training: eLearning course

This tutorial introduces logic functions. First, AND and OR functions and their processing in function tables are presented. Other basic control functions such as memory, time and counting functions round off the content. In the second part, this tutorial first teaches general basic knowledge about open and closed-loop controls and describes the elements of a control system. This is followed by a closer examination of miniature controllers with their features and areas of application.
