Safety Tech on September 23/24 in Dortmund

The two-day conference "safety.tech26" on machine safety is taking place in Germany for the first time—following six successful events in Austria.

The two-day conference is aimed at professionals and provides practical information on current standards, legal requirements, and the responsibility for the safe operation of machinery.

Important: The Machinery Safety Ordinance comes into force in January 2027. The presentations offer ideal preparation for the new requirements.

The event website www.safety-tech.org is now open—early bird pricing is available. Initial speakers have been confirmed; the final program will follow shortly.

EduTech Workshop on 05.10.2026

The EduTech Workshop focuses intensively on a single topic and combines theoretical content with practical hands‑on training for all participants. With the support of a subject matter expert, you will deepen your knowledge in a practical way using current industry solutions and examples. Our trainers will bring the necessary equipment so that you can work directly on realistic tasks in small groups.

Based on the currently published PAL examination materials (spring or autumn), you will gain concrete insights into the implementation of Final Examination Part 1 for industrial mechanics using a small controller. Together, we will look at how a potential exam task could function, interpret the small‑controller program provided by PAL based on SIEMENS LOGO!, and derive a potential function from it. Additionally, we will examine the interaction with electropneumatic actuators to provide a comprehensive understanding of the exam requirements.
