This drive is therefore not only perfect for applications where space is tight and limited, but also where it has to be carried as a moving mass. The pneumatic cylinder DSNU-S can be mounted with only one central thread on the side of the piston rod, thereby saving installation time and effort from the very beginning.

Easy to install and commission

Installation and commissioning are made easy for you thanks to the compact pneumatic actuator's spanner flats, which facilitate handling. The fixed or self-adjusting cushioning and the simple combination with the self-adjusting proximity switch SDBT for position sensing also contribute to the ease of operation.

Low wear with long service life

This double-acting round cylinder is designed for an operating pressure of up to 10 bar and is available in phased strokes up to 200 mm. The low-wearing seal on the corrosion-resistant stainless steel piston rod ensures long service life and little friction.

Length saved in all mounting positions

A drive that, despite additional components attached to the cylinder, does not add bulk and remains short, perfect for all those tight installation spaces. The cylinder can also be mounted with the attachments pre-assembled on the stainless steel barrel.

If space in the system is particularly tight, there are various different end caps that can be selected. The cylinder is available with or without thread, as required by the installation situation, is very slim thanks to the axial air connection, and can be offered with a bearing for swivel movements.
