Standardised IO-Link technology (IEC 61131-9) makes communication with sensors and actuators simple and economical. The result of an evolutionary development, this low-cost connection technology with three or five conductors achieves point-to-point connection without complex wiring and with minimal material requirements.

VPPM is the first proportional valve with IO-Link and I-Port connection technology. Its outstanding features include easy parameterisation

and stable data transmission. The high-speed COM3 data rate of 230 kB/s and cycle times of 0.4 ms mean that even complex data packets can be transmitted quickly and reliably.

The new VPWI is based on the VPPI and can be used for all applications where volume control is required. It offers extremely short operating times, a stable valve position and extensive functionality, from setpoint adjustment to an
MFC-like function, making the VPWI extremely fl exible in use.

This lightweight cartridge valve is compact at just 15 mm and has a large flow rate of up to 210 l/min at 2 bar. The compact design and high flow rate of the proportional solenoid valve VPWS make it the optimal choice for use in medical technology. It is also suitable for other application areas and industry segments in which gas flows of 5 l/min to 500 l/min at up to 6 bar have to be regulated.
