Lifting platform top module for MiR 100/200
PSI Electric rotary drive ERMO Uncompromising rotation

The rotary drive ERMO is the ideal complete solution for rotating

and aligning parts and workpieces or for swivelling tasks subjected

to heavy loads. The solution package is also suitable for simple

rotary indexing table applications such as at manual workstations.

Simplified Motion Series Simplified functionality for simple movements.

The simplicity of pneumatics is now combined for the first time with the advantages of electric automation thanks to the Simplified Motion Series. These integrated drives are the perfect solution for all users who are looking for an electric alternative for very simple movement tasks, but don't want the commissioning process for traditional electric drive systems that can often be quite complex.
There is no need for any software since operation is simply based on the "plug and work" principle. Digital I/O (DIO) and IO-Link® are always automatically included – a product with two types of control as standard.

Spindle and toothed belt axes ELGC and mini slides EGSC Compact!

For applications where compact dimensions are essential, these

axes can be combined into very space-saving handling systems

that fit seamlessly into assembly systems, testing and inspection

systems, small parts handling units, desk top applications and in

the electronics industry. The low-cost linear axes ELGC and the mini

slides EGSC offer an optimal ratio between installation space and

working space. They feature a common system approach, platform

architecture and, last but not least, adapterless connections.

ISO 13485:2016 certification for RSC Mason

RSC Mason obtained certification under the ISO 13485:2016 standard on January 24, 2023. This standard sets forth the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) in the design and manufacturing of medical devices. To achieve certification, an organization's QMS must successfully pass a third-party Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) Audit. This certification ensures that Festo can consistently provide medical devices and related services that meet both customer expectations and any relevant regulatory requirements, by demonstrating its ability to implement a QMS. Ultimately, the goal is to generate qualified leads from customers who require products for the production of medical devices.

White paper: Five steps to making efficient, error-free process adjustments

The ongoing need to make process adjustments in modern automation systems opens itself up to unwanted device tampering. This white paper outlines a five-step process to ensure effective, error-free process adjustments of pneumatic components.
