The PC-based Festo Automation Suite software combines the parameterisation, programming and maintenance of Festo components in one program. It enables the entire drive package, from the mechanical system to the controller, to be commissioned. Perfect for making industrial automation simple, efficient and seamless.

The new I/O system in IP65/IP67 enables powerful I/O modules and existing valve terminal interfaces to be integrated in the most important host systems. Based on the innovative AP system communication from Festo, CPX-AP-I ensures continuous communication from the workpiece to the cloud – tailored to your needs!

Designed as an EtherCAT® master controller and motion controller
with protection to IP20, the powerful automation system CPX-E for
factory and process automation with NE21-specific certifications is
becoming the central control system for handling technology. Several
bus modules are available for the configuration as a compact and
low-cost remote I/O.

The lightweight CPX-AP-A remote I/O system is integrated directly into Ethernet-based networks that are available worldwide. A variety of additional input and output modules as well as IO-Link master modules
are also available. Pneumatic valve terminals and proportional technology as well as controlled pneumatics that are adapted directly or integrated via AP
communication, can be used to create a scalable system topology. Electric drive technology for linear and rotary movements can be connected via IO-Link®.

With the PA-Toolkit from Festo, implementing the automation logic of process engineering units and modules is really intuitive. You can also use the library for CODESYS to program applications without the need for more in-depth programming expertise. This is ideal for automating modular systems according to the MTP standard, which requires a separate controller for each system module.

The benefits of the new servo drives CMMT-AS and servo motors EMMT-AS are numerous: maximum connectivity of the hardware and software, great efficiency, clever engineering and easy operation. Dynamic motion and precise positioning, whether for point to point or interpolation, are additional plus points. Last but not least, the complete system is extremely quick and easy to commission.

The simplicity of pneumatics is now combined for the first time with the advantages of electric automation thanks to the Simplified Motion Series. These integrated drives are the perfect solution for all users who are looking for an electric alternative for very simple movement tasks, but don't want the commissioning process for traditional electric drive systems that can often be quite complex.
There is no need for any software since operation is simply based on the "plug and work" principle. Digital I/O (DIO) and IO-Link® are always automatically included – a product with two types of control as standard.

For applications where compact dimensions are essential, these

axes can be combined into very space-saving handling systems

that fit seamlessly into assembly systems, testing and inspection

systems, small parts handling units, desk top applications and in

the electronics industry. The low-cost linear axes ELGC and the mini

slides EGSC offer an optimal ratio between installation space and

working space. They feature a common system approach, platform

architecture and, last but not least, adapterless connections.
