Description

During saving a precompiled library in CODESYS a tool(libdoc.exe) will be called which creates the Inline-Documentation.
At CODESYS SP16 Patch 4 this tool creates an error because a used DLL is missing.
This behaviour aborts the saving of the precompiled library.
This package overwrites the listed files of the SP16 Patch4 with new files, which corrects the error.
