Command section

Some adorners have buttons for directly changing a parameter value. Clicking the relevant button transfers the value to the output or input field.

Sets the module parameter to the displayed default value.

‘Maximum’

Sets the module parameter to the displayed maximum value.

‘Minimum’

Sets the module parameter to the displayed minimum value.

‘Last saved’

Sets the module parameter to the last value saved in the project.

Status of device parameters

The current state of the device parameters is displayed as information, warning or error as follows:

  • Colour-coded identification of the adorner

  • Status icon

If the values of corresponding parameters are not consistent, the corresponding parameter panels can be opened with a button in the adorner.

Structure of the parameter IDs

The parameter IDs consist of four components:

  • P20049.1.0: setpoint cycle time port 1

Identifier for the differentiation of similar parameters within an instance

The ID number of the parameter, the instance and the index are separated by a dot.
