Data synchronisation

When connecting the plug-in to a device, the following data are synchronised:

Synchronised data	Description
Device configuration	The plug-in checks whether the configured device matches the detected device. The following connections are not possible: to a device from a different manufacturer to a different device of the manufacturer When connecting to an incorrect or unknown variant of the device, a dialogue is displayed in which the information can be compared.
Parameter values	All parameter values are read from the device and compared with the values in the project. If there are differences, a dialogue box opens in which the parameter values can be synchronised before establishing a connection.

Connection malfunctions

Possible connection malfunctions and remedies:
