Sales
The department's role is to sense the customers' needs and offer them the best possible solutions in the field of industrial automation. The department consists of Sales Engineers, who maintain an industry branch across Belgium / The Netherlands.
Customer Interaction Centre
This department is linked closely to the sales engineers, of course. These employees handle requests from customers and sales engineers for technical questions, quotations, delivery periods, and remote customer management.
Finance, Purchasing and Other
These departments make our business possible. Processing payments, invoicing, budget control, accounting, coordinating contracts and procedures, hospitality and IT.
Didactic
The department reflects one of Festo's core values: to educate and inspire young people and employees. Training materials are sold here to training centres and schools, but also courses are given.
Marketing & Communication / Product Marketing Management
These departments communicate with customers in many different ways. The latest tools are used by Marketing, supported in their messages by the specialists of PMM. They use their technical knowledge of their products to provide Marcom, Sales and customers with all technical information.
Customer solutions
This department is mainly concerned with the development of individual customer solutions. For example, they can assemble components, design control boxes and build them, calculate projects, or even make new components measure for the customer.
HR
This department is responsible for personnel management, recruitment and selection, internal training, competence management, and absence management.
