Return a product

Return defect-free products to us if you do not need them.

If you want to return defect-free products, please contact us and we will check if it is possible to give you a credit note.

Please do not return any goods without having been asked to do so by us!

Guideline for goodwill returns


  • It is not possible to return goods without first contacting Festo and obtaining its approval.

  • The delivery date is within the last 6 months. Otherwise it is not possible to return the goods.

  • The goods are in new condition and in the original, undamaged and clean product packaging.

  • The following products, for example, are excluded from goodwill returns:

- Configurable / customised products

- Soft- and printware

- Safety-related components

- Items with a net value of less than 150 EUR

- Products from Didactic

  • Returns and refunds are made as a gesture of goodwill and without acknowledgement of any legal obligation. The final decision lies with Festo.
