This display shows you how Festo electric handling system can be applied in battery cell pick and place. The handling system is matched with the start and stop setting of the assembly line through all kinds of sensors. The cantilever cylinde used for lifting, and the parallel gripper can avoid the cell falling in the pick and place to the maximum extent.

This display shows you how Festo CPX-E with built-in 3-axis interpolation motion control function, works with combined with one PLC to control the amount of glue, achieving the perfect coupling between movement and glue.

By adjusting the electric drive and mechanical structure, the positions of the four screw guns can be adjusted accurately, so that the workpiece (battery module is used in this application) with different screw locking requirements can be applied to the same set of equipment.
