Important added value
Smart amortisation analysis
The amortisation analysis provides you with an important basis for making decisions about upcoming optimisations and repairs to your compressed air systems. For example, you can get a clear view of the costs for leak detection, the repair time, the required spare parts and the travelling time of the service technician. These costs are compared with the annual savings after tax in order to calculate the individual amortisation period.
Easy documentation of leakage and repairs
The Festo Energy Saving Services app gives you a new standard that you can use for documenting leakages and repair tasks. All leakages or defective components are marked with a unique QR label. Once you have scanned this with the Festo Energy Saving Services App, you can add valuable information and automatically synchronise it with the portal. This includes, for example, the size of the leakages, the expected repair time, the required spare parts, the location of the machine, photos and other helpful comments that you can record using the app's dictation function.
Savings potential in order of priority
The portal not only calculates the potential savings, but also allocates the leakage to three categories according to their relevance. This allows you to immediately identify the highest optimisation potential and prioritise maintenance very easily.
Detailed spare parts list
The detailed spare parts list, which you can create via the mobile app when inspecting the components and locating leakages in the system, is particularly helpful. You can download this as a file for spare parts procurement from your supplier or transfer them directly to the Festo Online Shop for ordering with just one click.
Detailed reports
All recorded data and information can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel file. In addition, the portal offers you the option of automatically creating a comprehensive final report that you can use to document your activities in line with DIN ISO 50001.
