Cylinder switch SMT-10M: universal and reliable!

It always works and you can always rely on the cylinder switches SMT-10M when used in combination with Festo drives – they are perfectly matched and are also reliable and easy to install. It is suitable for use with cable chains and robots as standard, ensuring excellent cable quality and guaranteeing high system availability as well as increased flexibility.

Totally reliable
The sturdy central fastener ensures that the switches are securely screwed into the slot. Vibration, shock or tensile forces on the cable will not cause the switch to come loose or cause switching errors.
All switches are equipped as standard with the cable quality for cable chains and robots. This provides maximum reliability and process safety.
It is inserted in the slot from above using the central fastener with a standard hex key (1.5 mm). By firmly screwing it in the slot, it is held securely in place, even with vibration and tensile loads.

Systematically more economical
Fully compatible with all Festo drives with a C-slot. Maximum application variety thanks to freely configurable cable length and connection technology.

Sturdy
The sturdy cable connection supports tensile forces up to 40 N.

Operating voltage range
5 ... 30 V DC enable direct integration of the output signal in TTL circuits.

Cable quality
The standard configuration is suitable for cable chains and robot applications, providing excellent cable quality without the need for a special order via the modular system, thus avoiding extra costs.
