Vacuum generator OVTL for process reliability

The vacuum generator module OVTL consists of the vacuum generator OVEL, a common supply manifold and connection accessories, and offers numerous integrated functions. It is supplied fully assembled and can be used straightaway in a wide range of industries and applications.
The integrated vacuum sensor monitors vacuum levels and evacuation times. This ensures a smooth process, so you can increase process reliability and reduce system downtimes.
The workpiece is set down quickly and safely by the ejector pulse which is activated separately. It is regulated either by a flow control screw or optionally by a solenoid valve.
An integrated non-return valve prevents the pressure from dropping; this saves energy enables and thus makes operation sustainable at the same time.

With its integrated filter with open silencer, the OVTL is extremely easy to maintain. Maintenance is significantly reduced throughout the product's service life since the noise level is considerably lower too. Thanks to IO-Link®, commissioning and parameterisation are extremely easy. Installation and mounting are effortless, e.g. thanks to the H-connectors and push-in fittings.
