Festo-Poli’s partnership: building bridges between sectors

The Festo-Poli’s project showcases the power of meaningful social partnerships. Initiated in 2024, it brought together leaders from Festo and the Kaunas Department of Police to exchange knowledge and strengthen leadership skills. Over a series of meetings, Festo's experts delivered management training based on the internal MeWe program, emphasizing key skills such as self-awareness, effective leadership, and decision-making.

This collaboration not only empowered police officers with new tools and perspectives but also demonstrated how private and public sectors can learn from one another to drive positive change. The partnership continues through knowledge exchange, including police officer lectures for Festo employees.

Festo & educational institutions: shaping tomorrow's talents together

Our collaboration with educational institutions reflects Festo’s commitment to fostering talent and innovation. We aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry through active participation in career events, sponsorship of IT competitions, and hands-on initiatives like internships and mentorship programs. By sharing our expertise through guest lectures and workshops, we aim to inspire high-school and university students to develop their skills and explore the dynamic field of industrial automation.
