Whether for assembling special components, selective soldering, depanelling or packaging PCBs, we have the right products for these process steps in the assembly of printed circuit boards. Be prepared to be impressed and inspired by our solutions.
Larger special components are placed on the circuit board using our pick and place solutions. The standard handling systems used can be configured quickly and easily with our Handling Guide Online. The component is gripped either with a mechanical gripper or with a vacuum suction gripper – with our standard valve VUVG from the Core Range being the best way to control the vacuum.
Selective soldering usually involves moving the soldering tip under the PCB towards the solder points. The electric linear axis ELGA is perfect for this movement, as its cover strip protects the guide and toothed belt from dripping solder. We offer numerous compact drive and valve solutions to secure the printed circuit board on the belt during the selective soldering process.
The individual circuit boards are cut out of the panel using a laser or milling cutter. The tool can, once again, be precisely moved by either linear axes ELGC or ELGA, depending on the requirements. The compact vision systems SBOx precisely monitor and control the axes.
The vacuum generator OVEL produces the vacuum, while the vacuum generator OVEM takes on the task for larger, heavier printed circuit boards.
