Commissioning – getting your system operational and ready to go

We make sure your learning systems and learning factories are fully commissioned, whether it's for MPS, CP Lab, CP Factory, EDS Water, MPS PA or others, from checking the system to handing it over to you, the customer. Our service package includes:

  • Inspecting and positioning stations on site
  • Installing all mechanical and electrical connections
  • Connecting and precisely adjusting components
  • Configuring and programming control units
  • Comprehensive testing to ensure everything is ready for operation

Technical prerequisites

To ensure that commissioning runs smoothly, please ensure that:

  • All construction work in the system area has been completed
  • The required power supply is provided (voltage and compressed air) in accordance with specifications
  • Responsible staff is available in case of queries
  • IT support is available for computer and software installations

Please note that delays may occur if these requirements are not met. In these cases, an extension of the service time cannot be guaranteed.

Remote software support – step-by-step guide to software setup

Receive remote assistance with setting up the software programs you have purchased, such as FluidSIM, CIROS, Factory Views, FluidLab, and others. We simply connect to your computer using the TeamViewer application and guide you step by step through the setup process.

Essential requirements before the session:

  • Make sure that you have administrator rights on your computer.
  • Download the purchased software onto your computer (unless the download is part of the problem).
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection (preferably wired in) to avoid interruptions.
  • Install and launch TeamViewer on your computer (click here to download TeamViewer).
  • Keep a telephone nearby in case you experience internet problems during the session.
