Extremely precise
VZDB controls very small amounts of liquid (µl, ml) very precisely with a width of just 10 mm (NW 1.6 mm). Thanks to the use of a separating diaphragm made of high-performance polymers, it is suitable even for aggressive media. The low internal volume makes the valve easy to clean, while the combination with highly inert materials makes the VZDB ideal for very sensitive applications. VZDB is a pneumatic valve and is therefore suitable for environments where electrical signals are to be avoided.
Reliable and safe media separation
The high-performance polymers EPDM, FKM and FFKM used for the separating diaphragms can withstand even aggressive media, protect the interior of the valves and simultaneously prevent corrosion. Their low internal volume makes the valves very easy to clean, which is ideal especially for sensitive applications.
Compact width
High flow rate with small width of just 10 mm.
