The program: Your leadership journey

It starts at Festo Fast Track: your leadership journey in the fast lane. Because the door at Festo has never been so wide open. Your personal mentor at executive level will accompany you on this journey. And ensure that after 18 months you are perfectly prepared for your subsequent position in a leadership role. Our Management Board members will assume the patronage of the program so that, after 18 months, you can take the lead without compromise. And this is your journey:

Get to know your team
You start the first two weeks directly in your department and get to know the people, tasks and processes behind it.

Operations weeks
The next two weeks will be spent in production: Here you will learn about our products and processes and expand your network in the operational area.

Deep dive and projects
In the following nine months, you will dive deeply into your specialist area: with your own valuable tasks and projects. And the good feeling of making a real impact.

Stay abroad
Your leadership journey will now continue internationally: You will spend three months in a foreign location. Because the Festo network knows no boundaries when it comes to leadership.

Change of perspective
You will spend the last five months in a cross functional area, developing a valuable network and logical interfaces for your future area of responsibility.

Leadership position
After 18 months in the Leadership Program, you will start your follow-up position in a leadership role. ABSOLUTELY YES!

  • An academic degree in the relevant field, possibly a PhD or an MBA

Step 3: Online test

In an online test, you can show us that you are a perfect fit for our leadership program.

Step 4: An interview on site

In another interview you also win over the colleagues from the department for yourself.

Step 5: Leadership Skill Check

You pass our Leadership Skill Check with flying colors, confirming that you and our leadership program are a perfect match.

Step 6: Welcome to Festo

Your first Festo Fast Track ABSOLUTELY YES! moment: you sign our contract offer.
