Proportional valve

Proportional directional control valves VPWPThe 5/3-way proportional directional control valve is suitable for applications with Soft Stop and servo-pneumatic positioning. It is fully digitalised, with integrated pressure sensors and new diagnostic functions. It is available in sizes 4, 6, 8 and 10. The flow rates are 350, 700, 1,400 and 2,000 l/min. It has a switching output to control a brake and colour-coded supply ports. The pre-assembled cables guarantee faultless and fast connection with the controllers CPX-CMPX and CPX-CMAX. The advantages are a clear installation and quick commissioning, as well as a reduction in system downtimes thanks to the new diagnostic options.

Proportional directional control valves

Proportional directional control valves MPYEThe proportional directional control valves MPYE from Festo convert [W+W1] an electrical, analogue setpoint value signal proportionally into a specific opening cross-section. The proportional directional control valves are designed as 5/3-way valves and are therefore suitable for operating pneumatic drives such as ADN, DNSU, DGC or DGPL. However, the valves MPYE can also be used as highly dynamic, remotely adjustable flow control valves to achieve different speed profiles with pneumatic drives. In combination with an end-position controller SP11, soft-stop functions and up to two intermediate positions are possible.
Proportional flow control valves VPCFThe proportional flow control valve VPCF controls a corresponding volumetric flow rate proportional to a preset electrical, analogue setpoint value. The proportional relationship between the setpoint value and flow rate is always constant and linear and therefore repeatable. Thanks to the integrated control electronics, the directly operated flow control valve regulates a constant flow rate, regardless of pressure fluctuations. ATEX approval II 3 GD means that applications in the ATEX zone are also possible.
