Position sensors

SRBSThe SRBS is a sensor used to sense the semi-rotary drives DRVS and DSM. The position sensor can be mounted directly on the drive without accessories. The sensing range of the sensor covers all swivel ranges provided. The position sensor can be programmed with an integrated operating button and offers the following functions in one device: free setting of two switching points, PNP/NPN, NO/NC, cable quality, cable chain and robot.
SDATThe SDAT is a position transmitter for the T-slot and can be inserted into the slot from above. It is used for the analogue feedback of the piston movement in the sensing range of 50, 80, 100, 125 and 160 mm in applications such as screwing, clamping, pressing in, good/bad detection. The signal output is analogue as 4-20 mA or via IO-Link®. An additional four channels can be programmed in IO-Link® mode, each with the following functions: proximity sensor function, window comparator, hysteresis comparator. In addition, the position transmitter has a 24 V switching output and its functionality can be programmed directly on the device with the operating button. Programming options for the switching output are the proximity sensor function, window comparator, hysteresis comparator, NO and NC.
SMATThis product series consists of the position transmitters SMAT-8E and SMAT-8M. They are used for the analogue feedback of the piston movement in the sensing range in applications such as screwing, clamping, pressing in and good/bad detection.The SMAT-8E is a position transmitter for T-slots and can be pushed into the slot from the side. The sensing range is 50 mm. The signal output is analogue as 4-20 mA and 0-10 V signal.The SMAT-8M is a position transmitter for the T-slot and can be inserted into the slot from above. Its special feature is its small size (not larger than a normal proximity sensor). It is therefore preferably used on small drives such as grippers and compact cylinders. The sensing range depends on the drive and is up to 40 mm. The signal output is analogue as a 0-10 V signal.
SMHThe SMH is a special position sensor that is used to sense certain gripper types (HGD16, HGP06, HGPP, HGR10, HGW10) and can be used only with these. They can be mounted directly without accessories. To evaluate signals, the position sensors must be connected to the signal converter SVE4-HS. The signal converter can be used to program two switching points, PNP, NPN, NO, NC.
Displacement encoders MME-MTS-TLFThe MME-MTS-TLF is based on a magnetostrictive measuring principle, is contactless and measures absolute values, has a high travel speed, long service life and high degree of protection, offers plug-in connections and can be used for strokes from 225 to 2000 mm. It is used with the servo-pneumatic controllers CPX-CMAX, CPX-CMPX, CPX-CMIX and SPC11-AIF-MTS-2.
Displacement encoders MLO-POT-TLFThe MLO-POT-LWG is a push-rod potentiometer, measures absolute values with high resolution, has a long service life and high degree of protection, offers pluggable connections and can be used for strokes from 100 to 750 mm. It is used with the servo-pneumatic controllers CPX-CMAX, CPX-CMPX, CPX-CMIX and SPC11-POT-LWG.
