MS-LWSThe water separator MS-LWS of the MS series effectively removes condensate from the compressed air. It operates according to the centrifugal separation principle and is completely maintenance-free. It therefore does not have any filter elements that need to be replaced. In addition, it is characterised by constantly high condensate separation (99%) up to the maximum flow rate.It is also available with an integrated fully automatic or external fully automatic, electrically controlled condensate drain PWEA. The water separator MS-LWS can optionally be configured for use in potentially explosive areas of zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 as well as with UL approval.
PWEA, electricA capacitive sensor in the PWEA detects when the maximum fill level has been reached. The condensate escapes into the atmosphere through the opening diaphragm valve and the discharge line. The diaphragm valve closes again after a specified switching time. It is operated via the membrane button or the electrical interface.
WA, automaticThe condensate drain WA is an external, mechanically operated, fully automatic condensate drain valve. It is used for external mounting on filter bowls of filter units and compressed air networks/systems. The condensate drain WA automatically drains the necessary condensate from a certain fill level via a float. If a manual override is installed, the condensate can also be drained manually.
