Pilot valves

Solenoid valves VSNCThe pilot valve VSNC is an cost-effective NAMUR valve that can be used in a wide range of markets. There are two basic versions in the modular valve system: the F8 and FN variant. In the F8 version, the valve is suitable for standard applications and has a magnet system with a plastic cover and brass armature guide tube. In contrast, the optimised FN variant has an aluminium cover and a stainless steel guide tube in addition to a wide selection of coils for potentially explosive areas. This sturdier variant also has a poppet seat version, as well as the standard piston spool one.The valve VSNC is available in different variants with the functions 5/2-way valve, bistable; 5/2-way valve, monostable; 5/3-way valve, closed; 5/3-way valve, exhausted; and 5/3-way valve, exhausted. The monostable 5/2-way variant can be converted into a 3/2-way valve by turning the seal.
Solenoid valves NVF3The NVF 3 is an electrically actuated pilot valve with a very large variety of suitable solenoid coils. In addition to the standard solenoid coils in AC and DC versions, solenoid coils for potentially hazardous atmospheres are also available. The pilot valves are available with a 5/2-way function, which can be converted into the 3/2-way function by changing a sealing plate. This allows a wide range of automation tasks to be covered and reduces stock too.
Solenoid valves VOFCLike the valves VOFD, the pilot valves VOFC are suitable for the most demanding applications. As the surface is ematalised, the valve can also be used in the most adverse environmental conditions, which is why it is used predominantly in the chemical and petrochemical industry. In addition to the wide selection of coils for potentially explosive areas, the valve is also approved up to SIL3. Furthermore, the series can be configured as a piston spool or poppet seat version as well as with a NAMUR interface or threaded connections. A special feature of the series is the P3 version, which has very low power consumption and thus prevents the formation of any sparks that could be ignited.
Solenoid valves VOFDLike the valves VOFC, the pilot valves VOFC are suitable for the most demanding applications. As the surface is ematalised, the valve can also be used in the most adverse environmental conditions, which is why it is used predominantly in the chemical and petrochemical industry. In addition, stainless steel versions are also available. In addition to the wide selection of coils for potentially explosive areas, the valve is also approved up to SIL3. Options with a NAMUR interface or threaded connections are also available. In contrast to the other pilot valve series from Festo, the valves VOFD are directly controlled.
