Process valves

Ball valveBall valves enable media to be controlled and switched. A ball is rotated to seal and control the flow. The sealing system consists of the ball and one or more seat rings. Ball valves vary in terms of the type of material used, the sealing principle and connection standards. As a result, it can be used in applications ranging from simple industrial automation applications up to demanding applications in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
Angle seat valveAn angle seat valve is an externally controlled valve that is installed in pipes to shut off the flow of liquids and gases. Thanks to their appropriate design, they can create a consistent flow pattern across the flow cross-section and are therefore also suitable as control valves. Shut-off valves have a valve disc or valve poppet with plastic sealing washers, a valve stem and a sealing package for sealing them.
Pinch valveThe pinch valve is an externally controlled valve that is used in pipes to shut off the flow of liquids, pastes, granulates and dust. The shut-off element is a tubular pinch valve sleeve made of elastomer. When compressed air is applied, the valve opens or closes depending on the its neutral position (NO – normally open – or NC – normally closed).
Solenoid valve for mediaSolenoid valves for media are used to shut off media flows in a wide range of applications. Both liquids and gases can be controlled in this way. This is done by opening and closing a valve seat controlled by a solenoid. Depending on the design principle, a basic distinction is made between directly controlled, servo-controlled and force pilot operated valves.
Butterfly valvesButterfly valves are process valves used to control media flows in piping. A rotating disc changes the flow cross-section in a highly functional, sturdy, low-wear, safe and corrosion-resistant manner. This makes our solutions even more impressive. In combination with first-class actuators from Festo, they result in very good shut-off solutions in all industrial applications with a wide range of media. The correct process valve for every application, for example whenever safety-relevant applications are concerned. The VZAV lends itself to neutral or slightly aggressive liquids and gases in industrial environments, in building services or in water treatment processes. The VZAF is the butterfly valve of choice for media that are more aggressive. The double-eccentric butterfly valve VZAG is suitable for highly corrosive applications or even cleanroom applications.
Diaphragm valveThey offer 100% more flow for the same energy costs, and linear flow characteristics for more efficiency and consistent, stable processes. The diaphragm valves VZDG are also pioneers in terms of safety and efficiency. The central polymer fitting guarantees homogenous heat expansion characteristics. This means there is no need to re-tighten the mounting screws. And the even surface pressure provides total leak-tightness at pressures of 6 to 10 bar. The minimised dead space guarantees maximum hygiene.
Check valveNon-return valves are used to allow media to flow only in one direction. From a functional point of view, a distinction is made between two types of non-return mechanism: spring return or fluid return.
Ball valve actuator unitThe ball-valve actuator units are used in all production and process automation processes where media are automatically controlled. The pre-assembled pneumatic units with single-acting or double-acting quarter turn actuators are an efficient and safe solution for the automated use of ball valves. Pre-assembly ensures that the ball valve opens fully when actuated and an optimal flow rate is achieved.
