Micro Well Plate Washer

In the field of life science applications, a mere µl level of dispense may cause detection errors, and the accuracy of liquid dosing and handling is crucial. As a medical device specifically designed for cleaning enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates, a plate washer is usually used in conjunction with an ELISA reader. Through repeated shaking and cleaning, it achieves the separation of bound and free phases during the ELISA process. Used to clean some residual substances detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate to ensure the accuracy of the test and improve the reliability of the test.

Application scenarios: Widely used in hospitals, blood stations, health and epidemic prevention stations, reagent factories, research laboratories, etc.

Festo Solution:
The Festo Dispense Head VTOI achieves rapid cleaning of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate by rapidly moving a compact two axis system and a pressure/vacuum generator PGVA to generate a pressure or vacuum. The dispense head VTOI, PGVA, high-performance medium separated valve VYKA, and valve control module VAEM are perfectly matched, with only the need to set pressure and valve opening and closing time to achieve μ Level 1 dispense and siphoning. In addition to individual product components, Festo customization also provides customers with functional modules or overall solutions.
