Festo Gripper Family
“Gripping” has always played an important role in the bionic learning network. Within Festo’s interdisciplinary research network, various bionic gripping applications have been developed, inspired by natural movements such as the elephant trunk and octopus tentacles, as well as the chameleon’s skillful catching techniques. Some products applying these concepts have already entered mass production, such as the adaptive fin-inspired gripper finger DHAS, which will be showcased at this exhibition.
